Grocy Xpress – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Grocy Xpress website, mobile platform, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1.2 Grocy Xpress provides an online platform where customers can browse, purchase, and arrange delivery or collection of grocery and household products.

3. Ordering Products
3.1 Orders can be placed by selecting products available on the Grocy Xpress platform and completing the checkout process.
3.2 An order submitted by you represents an offer to purchase products at the listed prices, including any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or service fees.
3.3 Once your order is placed, Grocy Xpress may request additional information to verify or process the order.
3.4 All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Grocy Xpress.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Product prices displayed on the platform are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
4.2 Payment must be completed using approved payment methods available at checkout, including debit cards, credit cards, or digital payment services.
4.3 Grocy Xpress uses secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
4.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and authorised for use.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
5.1 Grocy Xpress may accept or decline any order at its discretion, including cases involving unavailable products, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5.2 A binding agreement is formed only after Grocy Xpress confirms acceptance of your order.
5.3 Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
5.4 Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable banking timelines.
6. Delivery Services
6.1 Grocy Xpress aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery window; however, delivery times are not guaranteed.
6.2 Delivery availability depends on service areas, product availability, weather conditions, and operational factors.
6.3 Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the nominated delivery address.
6.4 Risk and responsibility for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
6.5 Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas, failed delivery attempts, or special handling requests.
7. Product Availability & Substitutions
7.1 Certain products may occasionally be unavailable due to supplier shortages or high demand.
7.2 Where suitable, Grocy Xpress may offer substitute items of equal or greater value unless the customer opts out of substitutions during checkout.
7.3 If no substitute is available, unavailable items will be removed from the order and refunded accordingly.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Customers should inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt.
8.2 Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within a reasonable period if products are damaged, incorrect, or expired.
8.3 Due to food safety regulations, Grocy Xpress may not accept returns for perishable goods unless the products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8.4 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
