Welcome to Grocy Xpress (grocyxpress.com.au). By accessing our
website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and
Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Grocy Xpress, a halal fresh meat and grocery delivery service operating in the New South Wales, Australia.

About Grocy Xpress
Grocy Xpress is an online platform that sources and delivers
fresh halal meat from local halal retailers directly to your door. We currently
deliver on Saturdays and Sundays to more than 30 suburbs in and around the
Gosford area, NSW.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using
our website or services, you confirm that:

Products and Availability
3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and
pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that
descriptions are error-free or complete. All meat products are sourced from
certified halal retailers.
3.2 Halal Certification
All products sold by Grocy Xpress are sourced from local halal
retailers. While we take every precaution to ensure halal compliance, we cannot
independently verify the halal certification of every item. If you have
specific religious dietary requirements, please contact us at
info@grocyxpress.com.au before placing an order.
3.3 Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to
substitute a product with one of equal or greater value if your chosen product
is unavailable. We will contact you before making any substitution.
3.4 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
4.
Orders and Payment
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an
offer to purchase the goods listed in your order at the prices shown. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4.2 Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has
been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance
occurs when your order is dispatched for delivery.
4.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We
accept major credit and debit cards as shown at checkout. All payment
information is processed securely by our payment providers and is not stored on
our servers.
4.4 Discounts and
Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotions such as 5% off 5kg beef orders. Promotional offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
5.
Delivery
5.1 Delivery Days and
Areas
We currently deliver on Saturdays and Sundays to more than 30
suburbs in and around the Gosford area, NSW. A current list of delivery suburbs
is available on our website. Delivery areas may change from time to time.
5.2 Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to deliver your order within the specified
delivery window, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond
our control such as traffic, weather, or high demand periods. We will do our
best to notify you of any significant delays.
5.3 Delivery Requirements
You must ensure someone is available to receive your order at
the delivery address. If no one is available and you have not provided specific
delivery instructions, we may leave the order at the door at our discretion.
Grocy Xpress is not responsible for any loss, theft, or deterioration of
products left unattended.
5.4 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your order.
6.
Fresh Produce and Food Safety
As we deal in fresh meat products, you must ensure:

Someone is available to receive the delivery promptly;
•
Products are refrigerated or frozen immediately upon
receipt;
•
Products are consumed by the use-by date on the
packaging;
•
Meat is handled and cooked in accordance with
Australian food safety guidelines.
Grocy Xpress is not liable for any illness or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or cooking of products after delivery.
7.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
7.1 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without penalty if you notify us via
email at info@grocyxpress.com.au before your order has been dispatched. Once
dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
7.2 Damaged or Incorrect
Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product,
please contact us at info@grocyxpress.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with
photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at
our discretion.
7.3 Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat products, we are
unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, unless
required by Australian Consumer Law.
7.4 Australian Consumer
Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damage.

User Accounts
You may need to create an account to place orders. You are
responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials;
•
All activity that occurs under your account;
•
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of
your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Grocy Xpress website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Grocy Xpress or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
10.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grocy Xpress and its
operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services,
including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
